One to one scale, painted up like TC's one in Magnum!

Does anyone know it there's decent size kit of it? It would be fabulous in 1/25th scale.

Revel did a couple in 1/32, I think one was actually based in TC's in the show. Would take some hunting down though Shay.

Rear axle done in chrome, using a 2mm Molotow liquid chrome pen

Brake discs painted in Testors steel while the calipers were picked out in Tamiya Titanium gold

Front Wheels Fitted

Radiator and top & bottom hoses fitted, the hoses were a bit fiddly to get into place, but I got there in the end

I'm still waiting for the pre wired distributor to arrive from the States, so I can't fit the interior onto the chassis before I get that fitted, I can do the BMF on the waistline trim on the body, but I can really do much on this one now, and next week the hobby room is getting gutted, as I now have to turn half of it into an office, and in 20 days I will be flying out to Brazil to work for 3 weeks, so it looks like this will have to be put onto the back burner for a while ....

Your silencers won't get through the MOT Geoff!

If you need that stuff for the wiring sooner, let me know on Monday.

A bit of the Molotov Cocktail might be good on the brake discs?

A bit hard now Shay, the wheels have been fitted, looking at my order, I only ordered the dizzy on the 29th of April, should have it soon I hope, it's going to have to go on the back burner soon anyway, I've got the 3 week trip to Japan in August and hopefully we're going on holiday in September, and editing photos in between jobs ...

If I had know about the vaccines I had to have, I wouldn't have took the job on, but it's a place I've always wanted to go to, luckily I didn't suffer any side effects from them, apart from a sore arm !

Beautiful work! And all the best in your travels, it sounds like you will be globe trotting quite a bit in the near future ... don't forget to check out the scale model wholesale discount shops while in Japan, lol.

I've got 9 days in between the two festivals I'm covering, so there will be a little more time this time for a little retail therapy, plus I have a couple of Nikon lenses on the list, those cost a little more than the plastic models though ....

I managed to pop into the hobby room this afternoon, not enough time to actually get anything done though, as I need to get the bmf done on the waistline trim, airbrush the black rubber trim on the front windshield and of course wire up the ignition, but the hobby room is getting gutted next week, so might not have the chance to get it finished, hopefully there will be time to get it done before I'm too busy to even think of picking up a model or any tools.

Anyway, I did manage to get everything dry fitted together, everything lined up perfectly.

I know what you mean, watch out for the malaria tablets, I had an allergic reaction too them in Peru, not recommended. Love South America though. Model is looking superb Geoff. Best of luck with the job, happy shooting!

Got a start on the bmf today,

Sadly, this might be the last time I have to get to the bench, as the hobby room is getting a make over, or more like split into two sections, so I now have a permanent office and somewhere I can sit in peach to edit all my photos, all the models are getting boxed up, as there just isn't room to store them in the hobby room anymore
