To be fair, it's easy to spot the difference when you're eyeballing a 32 shell!

That's a bit mad looking Curt,is that stuff molded onto the roof?

it might be Al I have no plan yet. But being 1/16ish scale it offers a bigger canvas.

That Resin shell looks like a 30-31, they have the visors. Looks like a real cool shell!

Nice try on a cover up for poor moulds and engineering.

I tried the Hemi for this kit in the 3 window, the sides need to come off to fit it in.

I'm assuming you are talking about the hood sides. The HEMI fits fine in my 3 window with no hood.

Shay just cut off the side of the motor.

Since I had planned to use the Hemi, Shay's HU on the bonnet sides solves the fit issue problem very neatly for me. LOL.

Mock up:

And there is no paint on it yet. Shay..... put Satan behind the rattle can!!! LOL

Yup, the Hemi is too wide for the bonnet sides:

Methinks the manifolds could be a might tight too!!!

Well, back to the drawing board. The engine I had planned is too big (length wise) and hits the fire wall. If I move it forward I can tell it's not going to clear the radiator.

I'm now thinking about using the flat head from one of the 32 sedan kits I have. Talk about 180 degree turn.

A wing and a prayer Shay!! LOL.

Chassis, wings and rad cowl etc all glued as per normal as they will all be the same colour. Wheels/tyres are a click on/off fit. Body is a neat loose fit. Engine block/heads glued together with ancillaries held on with Blu-Tac!!!
