 66 Mustang

This is an old build. I built it in '98. It was rather dingey looking so I just gave it a new coat of wax to clean it up. I did paint the wide gold stripes as I didn't like the decals. Painting them seemed easier. Plus it was missing a scuff plate on the hood and I replaced the pins and added the clips on a wire. These photos are new:

The Hertz "rent-a-racer" of long ago looks "So Fine." That you did nice clean work in the past testifies to skills and experience. Thanx for sharing!

Well done, but it is a 66, not a 64 1/2.

Beautiful build! The Hertz connection reminded me of a long ago auto mag article about being able to rent '69 Mustang Cobra's back in the day.
