I don't know why, but I've always loved the Golf (Rabbit) and for when I built, I bought a number of the U.S. "Rabbit" kits. I did see a Golf Cabrio kit at a model convention, but figured I'd never get around to making it, so I let it go. What's the brand and did it come with an engine? Nice to see one done here, thanx!

Had two of the real ones over the years. Fun little cars to drive.

Thanks guys.

It's Ford aztec bronze, it's close-ish

to an old 1970s VW colour Gary.

Dusted it off, also dusted off the top radiator hose, at least I didn't lose it.

Cheers Curt, I nearly brought the Jo-Han Ambulance back out!

This should be easy enough to finish up.

Looks in good shape after it's hiatus. Should make a great finished project, too.
