I must have built this in '94. I was new at using PE and BMF and using an airbrush. It looks like I detailed it under the hood pretty well to. It's painted in Testors Stoplight Metallic Red. Thanks for looking:

Nice work Mike. That's sure a dynamite color and finish.

Luv the engine foto from above. Congrats on being able to remember brand and color name of paint on a 20+ year old model!

Man that is way cool. The engine bay rocks. Looks drivable.

Top shelf work! Looks amazing after all these years. I find that can be half the battle sometimes in this hobby, keeping builds looking good over time. Every one of mine have moved across the country and back and moved multiple times. Hopefully they will move no more. lol

Thanks. Yeah, I've gone through the same thing. Layoffs, new jobs and relocations. I've packed my models too many times and have had to reglue parts back together. I did that on this one, but that was already 11 years ago. I lost the 6 pack air filter somehow. It seems to be holding up otherwise.

Excellent build! The detailing is fantastic and I love the unusual type of car - the GTX is not the most common kit out there.

Nice job in a lovely colour Mike. The under bonnet detailing is great too.
