At least you won't need a paint code this time Geoff!

It's going to feel very strange, and with no bmf to do as well ....

Stop now Gary, don't frighten him off! This is unchartered waters for Geoff. He has to make something that didn't come out of a Factory and he can't look it up

There are chrome strips running the length of the car, so you can bmf them Geoff if you want, some cars have them shaved off, others painted body colour.

You have a blank canvas.

I'm going to do it this, a cracking blue with a flake in it, it should go through the Paasche H with a #5 tips, which is 1.06mm, I decide about the chrome when it's been clearcoated.

It's a great kit Geoff, very nice blue. That flake will great. The rivet counters over on MCM might say it'll be out of scale, ala Harry P.

Build what you like! I'm not hot over "cartoon models" but can respect and enjoy creativity and good craftsmanship. If rivet counters can appreciate curbside models without engines or decent undersides, why not allow builders to show THEIR creativity!!

That's the plan Paul, the schoolboy version from the early 80's is a bit tired.

Beautiful car, and at 1/12 you should be able to build a ton of detail into it. Nice going.
