Finally done....it only took me three years.  LOL

Ebbro kit, Tamiya TS-49 Red, kit decals with Indycals tobacco fill-ins.   A bit of wiring and plumbing on the engine.  I hope you like it.

Yep i do !!!

These old lotus have a certain "something" even when viewed as a model.

Chapman certainly had some innovative ideas!

Rindt won the Championship posthumously that year.

I never understood why he was always referred to as Austrian, did he change Nationality from German?

Taken from Wikipedia......Jochen Rindt was born in Mainz, Germany, to an Austrian mother and German father. His parents were killed in a bombing raid in Hamburg during the Second World War when he was one year old. He was thus raised by his grandparents in Graz, Austria, where he grew up.
