The car was built from puts in my p a rt s box. Most of the parts came from various versions of the 1940 coupe from Revell. The tires and wheels are from the Revell 1948 Woody.

I missed this John. Absolutely brilliant piece. The holes in the wings are stunningly realistic and its a triumph in a very difficult genre.

Bloody hell John! You have got to take better care of your vehicles! I'm really not a fan of junkers but when it's done that well I can appreciate it. That's what I call Masterly weathering!

I think its hard enough to make 'em shine, even harder to make believable wear and tear and rust.
