 Why do I keep building these old warped kits ??

.... this one started life as an AMT "Hemi-Sphere" kit .......... chassis badly warped .......... built it as a '60's C/D ........... replaced the kit Hemi with a small block Chevy from an AMT parts pack, removed a lot of the bodywork ........... although it took longer than anticipated, it was still a fun build

Gas Dragster Class Racing, Love it. I wish NHRA still did it. Beautiful car.

Beautiful job. Something about that era but they were just prettier to me than the more modern stuff.

That looks great, I like the look of it in yellow a lot. Really makes it stand out.

The reson we build problematic kits again and again ?.........

Looks great. I am doing the same thing to this kit to make a copy of John Milner's American Graffiti II dragster.
